James Cole Photography is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

When you use this website, we may collect information from you through browser cookies and automatic tracking systems (such as information about your browsing preferences). This is non-personally identifiable information and is solely used to gauge trends, how the website is used, and allows us to improve your experience whilst using the website. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies, but they are not required.

 

In addition, we collect information that you provide us when placing orders. Details such as name, email address, phone number and delivery address are collected by the Wix ordering system during payment in order to process the order and provide the information for it to be delivered. We retain your order information for our records only. Credit card details are not collected or recorded, these are securely processed by Stripe, Paypal or Afterpay.

 

In addition, you may provide us with your email address via a medium such as a 'contact us' form. This information is tracked and used to respond to your queries only.
