Refund Policy

At James Cole Photography, we have spent time putting together the best quality products possible, using the best materials and suppliers, and we strive to provide the very best pieces of art to every customer. We want to make sure you are satisfied with any purchase you make.

Returns and Exchanges - Damaged Products
Should you receive a damaged product, we will accept the return of the product within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a replacement or full refund, at the preference of the purchaser. The item must be sent back in the condition it was received.

If you have received a product that is not what was expected. or is damaged, please email us at james.lloyd.cole@gmail.com with your invoice number and date of purchase, along with details of the issue.

 

Returns and Exchanges - Change of Mind

Each product is made to order, so there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
